The work titled 'Twisted Sister' delves into the examination and translation of a 25-floor residential historicist skyscraper in Rotterdam, constructed in 2008, into a counterpart design. Through this exploration, it investigates the distinct properties of the original building while manipulating vertical and horizontal elements by extracting sections from floor plans. Despite these functional changes, the essence of the structure remains intact. Additionally, the work challenges conventional residential ideals, offering a transformative perspective on the concept of dwelling.
